As a Homesource Pro partnering business, you can earn discounts or commission by working with us. Whether a large company, sole proprietor, or business professional, we can work with you to serve our customers. We have 2 programs available.
Referral Program
This program is great for business professionals and businesses that don’t want to be involved in sales. You refer the customer to us via email and if the customer makes a purchase from us, we give you 5% of the pretax sale. This includes products and labor, excluding delivery charges. For example: You refer a customer and they do a $10,000 bathroom project with us not including tax and delivery. When the sale is complete, we send you a check for 5% or $500. All commissions are paid on a 10-99 basis, so you will be asked to provide IRS W-9 form for our records.

Resale Discount Program
This program is great for businesses and individuals who want to sell our products directly to their customers. We sell you our products at a discounted rate, so you can resell with any margin you like. We can help with design and will work with your customer for selections if you choose. You may also use our showroom with your customer directly. We can sell you our products pretax with a completed Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption Form 3372. The contractor discount is 10% and can increase with sales volume.
